Kramer Speaks at Judges’
Conference
Editor Don Kramer participated in a panel discussion on the role of the Attorney General in charity litigation at the Pennsylvania State Trial Judges’ Conference in Hershey, PA on July 21.
The panel was arranged and moderated by Judge Stanley Ott of the Montgomery County Orphans’ Court who handled the Barnes Foundation case. It also included Lawrence Barth, Senior Deputy Pennsylvania Attorney General for Charities, and estates lawyer Paul Heinz.
