Don’t forget our Search capacity
During one of the presentations at our recent “This Year in Nonprofit Law,” we mentioned that the lobbying and electioneering rules were spelled out in detail in a series of Ready Reference Pages on the website.
When we met one of the participants a few days later at another meeting, she said she had gone to the website and, as if she were somewhat surprised, found it all there and very helpful.
If you have some basic questions of nonprofit law or governance, remember that we have more than 80 Ready Reference Pages in our archive that constitute a virtual e-text of nonprofit law. Browse through the headlines to find the ones related to your questions. And if you don’t see them by reviewing the list, search in the search box on each page.
Chances are very good that you will find something useful. The search covers the entire archive, including more than 100 To the Point questions and answers from readers.
Thursday with the Editor, December 29
The week between Christmas and New Year is often a little less pressured than others because so many find a way to take some time off.
We expect to be around, however, and will be happy to respond to your questions at the last Thursday with the Editor of the year, at 1 p.m. ET, December 29. Feel free to ask about anything we have covered in this or other recent issues, or any other question of nonprofit law. To register or get more information, call us at 1 888-NP-Issue or register here.
What our readers say about Nonprofit Issues
Once again you've tackled a tricky question and explained it so we all can understand the issue.--M.V.
Thank you for your informative and keen advice on nonprofit matters. I believe its a unique and concise place to get answers to this often wispy area called nonprofit. --R.T.
