Kramer to participate
In two Bar Institute programs
Editor Don Kramer will participate in two upcoming programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
On Thursday, January, January 26, he will discuss “The Role of the Attorney General in Charity Litigation: Lessons form the Barnes and Hershey Cases” at the PBI Estate Law Institute. Other panelists on the presentation will be Senior Deputy Attorney General Lawrence Barth, and attorney Terrance A. Kline, who represented the students appearing as friends of the court in the Barnes case.
On Friday, February 10, he will discuss “Sarbanes-Oxley and its Impact on Nonprofits” at a half-day program on the Overview of Fundraising Regulations and Other Hot Topics for Nonprofits.
