Kramer, Emerson to talk on Form 990
Nonprofit Issues® editor Don Kramer and Montgomery, McCracken counsel Karl Emerson will present another discussion of the new Form 990 tax information return at noon on Wednesday, August 18 for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
The discussion will focus on viewing the form from the perspective of a donor and the perspective of a governmental regulator. Emerson was formerly Director of the Bureau of Charitable Organizations in Pennsylvania.
The program will be held in Philadelphia, but simultaneously webcast on the Internet. For more information, go to www.pbi.org.
