Issues Notes
A word about this issue
Several readers wrote to ask about the date of the previous full edition of Nonprofit Issues®. Unfortunately, we have fallen behind in our production and we are doubling up on issues somewhat earlier this year than scheduled.
This issue is a double issue dated June 1-30 and includes extra pages of cases decided in June. We are working now on a July 1-31 double issue and will get that one to you shortly. That will put us put us closer to covering the new cases and rulings in August on time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once again you've tackled a tricky question and explained it so we all can understand the issue.--M.V.
Thank you for your informative and keen advice on nonprofit matters. I believe its a unique and concise place to get answers to this often wispy area called nonprofit. --R.T.
