Kramer to participate in PICPA
Not-for-Profit Conference June 14
Editor Don Kramer will participate in two sessions of the annual Not-for Profit Conference of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs in Hershey, PA on June 14.
He will do a solo presentation on major legal developments in the nonprofit field during the year and will participate in a panel discussion of accounting for endowment funds under the state’s Act 141 spending rule. The accounting presentation has been a continuing topic of discussion for several years, and Kramer has submitted a discussion paper which was slightly condensed as Ready Reference Page No. 72, May 16-31, 2004.
