Citizens of the City of Picayune (MS) cannot contest the actions of the Directors of a nonprofit hospital corporation that sold the community hospital or the nonprofit foundation that received the proceeds, the Supreme Court of Mississippi has ruled. Since the citizens were neither members nor directors of the corporations, and did not bring the case on behalf of the public by the Attorney General, they had no standing to sue.
