An appellate court in Florida has refused to interfere with the suspension of a member’s rights in a social club, saying that courts do not review disciplinary actions of social clubs. (Shumrak v. Broken Sound Social Club, Ct. of App., Fourth Dist., No. 4D03-5032, 1/5/05.)
