Prosper Ndabishuriye is the President of a charity that builds housing
for the poor and homeless in Burundi. He must have thought it was
a stroke of good fortune, according to the Sixth Circuit Court of
Appeals, when the Albert Schweitzer Society, USA, Inc. and Harold
Fetter, its Secretary-Treasurer, promised support to build new homes
for refugees displaced by Burundi’s civil war.
