Court Says Foundation Has Standing
To Sue to Enforce Conditions on Grant
Donor may either enforce condition subsequent
or assert reversionary interest in charitable trust
Excerpt

School to enforce the conditions of the gift. Reversing a trial
court decision, the Court said the donor has standing whether the
contribution was a gift with a condition subsequent or a gift creating
a charitable trust.
