The Panel on the Nonprofit Sector organized by the Independent Sector
has released a new set of Work
Group recommendations and has asked for public comment by May
19 so it can finalize recommendations for the Senate Finance Committee.
The Panel has issued a series of suggestions in response to a request
from Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and hopes to submit
a final report during June. (See
