A Court of Appeals in Illinois has sought to resolve a 10-year struggle over control of a South Side Chicago Mosque by ordering the trial court to appoint a custodian to take control of the corporation and establish a new board of directors in accord with the state’s Not-for-Profit Corporation Law.
