An appellate court in Ohio has affirmed a trial court decision holding that a social club cannot be liable for damages when one of its members shot and killed another member after the shooter learned that the other member had been carrying on an extramarital affair with his wife. The Court ruled that the shooting was not foreseeable under the circumstances.
