unequivocally release YMCA from liability

In applying for membership in the Lake Wales, Florida, YMCA, a woman signed an application containing a waiver and release of liability claims.  When she was injured while using exercise equipment at the Y’s facility, she nevertheless sued the Y for negligence and sought damages for permanent injuries.
