A trial court in New York City has refused to grant opposing summary judgment motions and has held that Mount Sinai Medical Center and a foundation donor will have to go to trial to determine whether the Hospital sufficiently used the donor-requested new name of its Division of Clinical Immunology to enable it to enforce a $1.5 million pledge of endowment.
