Should the income from two trusts providing funds for a county children’s home continue to be paid to the surviving entity when the home merges into another children’s home and family service corporation? The Appellate Court of Illinois has reversed a trial court ruling that the named home had ceased to exist and the income should be used elsewhere. (Citizens National Bank of Paris v.
