When Rosebud Keys died in 1991, she left money in trust for her niece, with the remainder upon the niece’s death to be divided among five charities including the Central Avenue United Methodist Church of Kansas City.  She provided that if any of the charities was not in existence upon the termination of the trust, the trustee should make distributions to “similar charitable organizations.”
