The Armenian Genocide Museum and Memorial in Washington, D.C. has been permitted to proceed with a suit against two of its former officers and directors who, it said, attempted to sabotage its development in order to force the reversion of their donations. The federal District Court in the District of Columbia has refused to dismiss a complaint for breach of fiduciary duty. (American Genocide Museum and Memorial v.
