Welcome to the electronic version of Nonprofit Issues ® . This format improves the speed and flexibility with which we can bring you developments in "nonprofit law you need to know." You can read it entirely online, or print it out to read later, circulate in your office, or save permanently.
As a subscriber, you will be receiving the most recent news twice a month, except January and September, for a total of 22 issues a year.
We will provide direct links to cases, statutes or regulations where available so that you can review the full text of the document. We will give you direct links to related stories in Nonprofit Issues ® , including links to relevant Ready Reference pages.
Our back issues are available free to subscribers (see the Archive links in the left column), including the complete library of Ready Reference Pages, Risk and Reward series on risk management and our new Behind the Numbers series of accounting and financial rules. Subscribers will also receive a 10% discount in our Bookstore.
Subscribers who don't desire the fully electronic form can receive a photocopy of the print-out version by snail mail, but will not have the benefit of direct links, access to back articles, or the Bookstore discount.
Non-subscribers have free access to our lead stories each issue, To the Point answers and Say That Again. They can separately purchase any Ready Reference Page or any issue containing a specific story of interest.
Both subscribers and non-subscribers can participate in discussion
of ideas raised by the lead story of each issue.
