Employers of all sizes need effective personnel policies that advise employees of organizational standards and procedures. They need to understand the documentation that helps sustain adverse employment actions that have to be taken against problem employees. And they need to be able to obtain valid and effective waivers and releases.
This webinar will discuss the issues that must be covered - and those that should be covered - in organizational personnel policies. We examine a large range of issues and possible resolutions. We provide guidelines for effective handling and documentation of employment actions to reduce the likelihood of successful challenge. We discuss the development of effective waivers and releases to avoid litigation altogether.
The program is presented by Janice Dubler, partner in the employment law group at Montgomery, McCracken in Philadelphia. Nonprofit Issues® editor Don Kramer and PANO Standards for Excellence Director Tish Mogan will moderate the discussion.
