A federal District Court in Seattle has dismissed a suit by a disappointed grant applicant who claimed her Constitutional rights were violated when her application was denied. Tiniell Cato is a grant writer for a consulting firm with a mission to meet community public safety needs. Social Justice Fund NW, Youth Undoing Institutional Racism, and Ending the Prison Industrial Complex (“EPIC”) are all nonprofit organizations in the Seattle area.
