Kramer to speak at PANO Conference

Nonprofit Issues® editor Don Kramer will participate in two educational sessions at the annual Conference of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations in Harrisburg, PA, April 4 and 5. 

Kramer, who is a member of the Board of PANO, will speak Monday afternoon on “(Almost) Everything You Wanted to Know About Nonprofit Law in One Meeting.”  Utilizing a meeting of a LOST organization, Kramer will discuss federal tax-exempt status, board fiduciary duty and much more.  On Tuesday afternoon, Kramer will moderate a panel on a state and federal legislative briefing.

Tim Delaney, President and CEO of the National Council of Nonprofits, will present the keynote address on Tuesday.   For more information or registration, visit the PANO website, www.pano.org.
