Join Our Webinar on Bylaws

Nonprofit Issues® Editor Don Kramer will present a special webinar on bylaws as the Constitution of a nonprofit corporation and the art and science of making them work on Thursday July 15.  The program, co-sponsored with the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations, will take place from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. ET.

Well-written bylaws protect the power relationships within a nonprofit organization and give clear guidance on procedural matters.  Badly written bylaws encourage disputes, and often lengthy and expensive litigation.  Kramer will review a sample set of bylaws and comment on provisions that do and do not work so that you will be better able to understand your own organization and its governance issues.
