A former member of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity at Chicago State University has lost a claim against the national fraternity to reinstate his lifetime membership. A federal District Court in Indiana has dismissed his pro se motion for summary judgment and dismissed the case. Lewis Bond had joined the fraternity in 2000.
