Avoiding the Adverse Consequences of UBIT

Dear Colleague:
You are registered to attend the Avoiding the Adverse Consequences of UBIT: Planning, Revising and Restructuring webinar, offered in partnership with PANO. You are registered as a general participant for this session. If you are seeking CPE or CLE credit you must contact our office immediately.

It is not necessary to read the materials prior to the program, nor do you need them during the presentation. The material is general information that you may find useful.

The PowerPoint slides for the presentation will be forwarded Wednesday morning.

Webinar Login & Call In Instructions:

(Note: This webinar will be conducted live in a ReadyTalk powered webinar format (internet & conference call), complete with slideshow, text chat capabilities, and interactive Q&A opportunities. Registration for this webinar offers the ability to invite an unlimited number of guests at the same phone and computer connection for no additional fee.)

Instructions: There are three things you need to do to participate:

1. Go to www.readytalk.com, now or with ample time prior to the webinar, and click on "test my computer" on the left hand side to make sure you have the appropriate software loaded.

(Special instructions for Windows 8: You must first open the Desktop from the Start menu, then access the internet from the task bar at the bottom of your screen to log into and view the webinar.)

2. On the date/time of the webinar, visit www.readytalk.com and type in the access code (below) in the participant section on the left margin of the webpage. This will give you access to the visual slideshow/text chat capabilities.

NOTE: Please sign on to the above website with ample time (10 minutes) to be sure that your computer is set up and that you aren’t having any technical problems in time for the call.

3. Call in five minutes prior to the start of the program. This will give you access to the conference call.

Use Access Code when prompted. You will be placed on hold until the presenter joins the call.

*Please note you will be asked to “register.” To register you need to supply your name and email address only, this function lets us know that you have joined the call. If you anticipate any background noise or need to put your call on hold, please press *6 to mute your call. Pressing *7 will un-mute your call.
