Fire Company holds proper meeting to sell station

A volunteer fire company has followed proper procedures to approve the sale of its station, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court has held. The Court affirmed the dismissal of a challenge by an affiliated relief association and several members of the fire company (who were also members of the relief association) opposed to the transaction.
