The chief executive officer of a trade association has no claim for tortious interference with his job when he was fired after several important members left the association because of their concern with his work, a federal District Court in New Jersey has ruled. It has dismissed a claim by the exec against the corporate members and the executives who, he claimed, conspired wrongfully to obtain his dismissal.
